Found this after about a year, the stud was pulling out of the mount. I believe the failure was caused by the top of the mount being a little concave, so that all the pressure from the nut was being put on the stud, and not spread across the mating surface between the engine bracket and the mount. Autozone replaced it with no problems and the new one was not concave like the failing one was, I should also note that the other motor mount was fine and showed no signs of failure.
